Thermal Camera Pictures

Recently I got to play with a thermal camera (a Raytheon PalmIR 225), which picks up infrared radiation instead of visible light. Hot objects show up as light and cold objects show up as dark. Here are some pictures I took with it. I am not sure how to interpret some of the pictures, but I gave it my best guess. Unfortunately the camera I used seems to have a dark halo around bright (hot objects), and vice versa. I have not yet found out what causes that.
